I stayed in the south wing just above the pool bar with a beautiful view of the beach and small park to the north. While the room had a sewage-like smell and bugs all over the bed, the attentive service provided by the front desk, restaurants, bars, and pool/beach waiters made my holiday truly memorable. The location was fantastic, being close enough to walk to the Malcom and offering great views, making it a relaxing spot after exploring town. The dining was delicious but lacked some basic western options I craved in the morning. Overall, the hotel has its charms but also room for improvement.
